Sadly workplaces are exposed to injury causing accidents, to their employees, visitors or others as well as accidents that cause damage or loss of product and or equipment.

There is legislation in place that calls for the reporting of some accidents and it is good practice to have systems in place that investigates all accidents and near misses to prevent a recurrence and determine the root causes.

The course is intended to:
