TOTAL SAFETY QUALITY TRAINING CENTER (TSQTC) is committed to protect the health and safety of our employees of and all those affected by our operations including our clients.

As a Health Safety and Environment conscious organization; TOTAL SAFETY QUALITY TRAINING CENTER (TSQTC) intends to achieve this by:

Pursuing the goal of no harm to people and environment.
Strive for optimal use of natural resources
Promote a culture in the organisation in which all our employees share HSE commitments at work
Empowering all employees to start work only when conditions are safe, and to stop work when conditions are unsafe
Individually and collectively complying to HSE Management System’s requirements
Playing a leading role as a consultant / training company in promoting best HSE practices amongst our clients / projects as well.

To achieve the purpose of this Policy, TOTAL SAFETY QUALITY TRAINING CENTER (TSQTC) will establish and implement a HSE Management System aimed at:

Delivering compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant international standards and best practices.
Setting HSE objectives & targets and associated management programmes / plans to achieve continual improvement and goal for zero accidents at work.
Measuring, reviewing our HSE performance.
In this way, we aim to have an HSE performance that we can be proud of, to earn the confidence of our stakeholders and society at large and to contribute to Sustainable Development.
