COURSE OBJECTIVE

The HACCP / ISO 22000:2018 Awareness course is designed for those who have a role in HACCP / ISO 22000:2018 implementation in a food safety conscious organisation. The course is ideal for those willing to improve knowledge on food safety / HACCP and is intended for personnel in any function of organizations engaged in processing of food, food ingredients, catering, hotels, food packaging, hospitality, food distribution etc and would want to have clear understanding of the requirements of HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point).
The course will enable you to be a valuable member of a HACCP team for a process that you are familiar with and give you the skills to work / give inputs to write or review a HACCP Plan.

COURSE CONTENTS

The course is intended to provide HACCP / ISO 22000:2018 awareness to those who have responsibilities of monitoring CCPs at Food handling areas. It is aimed at giving the delegates knowledge of the fundamentals of Hazard Analysis / HACCP / ISO 22000:2018. It is suggested to have some basic exposure to the background of HACCP / food Safety before taking up the course and the following topics forms a part of discussion during the training:

  • An introduction to the benefits that may be achieved through implementation of ISO 22000:2018 / HACCP
  • Detailed review and interpretation of the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 / HACCP standard
